Alvar Arts, the highly successful series of art and cultural presentations given monthly at the Alvar Branch Library in Bywater, will launch its 2008-2009 season on Tuesday, October 21 at 7 PM. The series is free and open to the public.

The series continues on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. The library is located at 913 Alvar Street between N. Rampart and Burgundy streets. For more information email info@alvararts.org or call John Costa at 504-947-3321.
